We loved the hotel's atmosphere and its calm lobby. The rooms were very clean and spacious, with great lighting options. The location was perfect, just a short walk to various restaurants, cafes, a pharmacy, and a supermarket. The staff at check-in were cute and friendly, making us feel right at home.

It was a brand-new hotel. Really helpful staff, helped me a lot. I enjoyed rooms with very comfy beds. I had a safe, multi-channel television, and a mini-fridge-bar. The property had indeed a nice location in the middle of jackson.

Sadly, but there was dust in some areas.

We had a wonderful stay at bn residence. the hotel has a fantastic atmosphere, enhanced by a calm lobby and attentive security at the entry. our room was spacious, immaculate, and offered various lighting options, which we appreciated. being a new hotel, everything felt fresh, and we loved the proximity to diverse dining options, a pharmacy, and a supermarket, all within a minute's walk. the check-in staff, especially eman, made us feel welcomed.

The staff was great and kind and we will be returning here soon. We liked the comforts of this hip new hotel. Our suite had an iron and ironing board, a work desk, and a couch bed. The bedroom was separate and every detail was wonderful. The location was great and particularly good for traveling around Al Khobar, close enough to Dammam, and all shops.

All the staff members were very professional and polite. The location is stunning, close to a big shopping center which is just a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.
